Welcome to MuscleRX. This website, accessible via musclerx.in and our official domain (collectively, the "Platform"), is owned and operated by MuscleRX Activewear ("MuscleRX", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on our Platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"), along with our Return & Exchange Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions stated herein, please do not use this Platform.

1. General Conditions & Eligibility

• By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your state/jurisdiction of residence, or that you have given us your consent to allow your minor dependents to use this site.
• We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion for any reason at any time, including violation of these Terms.
• You may not use our products or Platform for any illegal, infringing, or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright and intellectual property laws).

2. Product Information, Sizing & Accuracy

• We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and fit of our activewear as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen display, device calibration, or studio lighting.
• Sizing charts provide standard body and garment dimensions. Activewear compression and fit may vary depending on fabric composition and body type. Minor manufacturing dimensional variances within ±0.5 inches are standard industry tolerances and do not constitute a product defect.
• All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment Terms

• Pricing & Taxes: All prices displayed on our Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly indicated otherwise.
• Order Acceptance: Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept, limit, or decline your order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent intent.
• Payment Gateways: Online payments (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking) are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways. By submitting your payment details, you warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): COD orders are subject to verification via telephonic call, SMS, or WhatsApp prior to dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel unverified COD orders or decline COD facilities to accounts with a history of recurring delivery refusals (RTOs).

4. Shipping, Delivery & Exchanges

• Order dispatch, shipping timelines, and associated handling charges are governed strictly by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
• All requests for size changes or replacement garments are strictly governed by our Return & Exchange Policy. As outlined therein:
  • We offer Size and Article Exchanges Only; monetary refunds are not issued.
  • A continuous, single-shot, unedited unboxing and repacking video is mandatory to initiate an exchange.
  • Compression shorts, innerwear, socks, and personal accessories are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on this Platform—including logos, product designs, graphics, text, images, video clips, button icons, digital downloads, and custom code—is the exclusive intellectual property of MuscleRX Activewear or its content suppliers and is protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.
• Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, display, or commercial exploitation of our branding, designs, or imagery without express prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Prohibited Uses of the Platform

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms, you are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the site or its content for unlawful, immoral, or fraudulent purposes.
• Infringing upon or violating our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.
• Submitting false, forged, or misleading information, delivery addresses, or unboxing footage.
• Uploading or transmitting malicious software, viruses, or any code that affects the security or functionality of the Platform.
• Scraping, crawling, or extracting platform data, inventory counts, or pricing through automated systems.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

• Our Platform, its features, and all products sold are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except as mandated by applicable consumer protection laws.
• MuscleRX activewear is engineered for fitness, training, and athletic movement. MuscleRX shall not be liable for any personal injury, allergic skin reactions, or equipment-related damage arising from improper use, excessive loading, or failing to adhere to garment wash-care instructions.
• In no event shall MuscleRX, its partners, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, this Platform. Our total aggregate liability for any direct claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total price paid by you for the specific product in dispute.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MuscleRX Activewear, its founders, directors, employees, affiliates, and logistical agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or legal costs resulting from your breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable laws, or your misuse of this Platform.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
